We are thrilled to announce that our very own Samsun Nahar has been accepted to serve as a student volunteer at this year’s American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) convention! This is a fantastic opportunity for Samsun, and we couldn’t be more proud.
Samsun and Aisha Haroun will be presenting their talk titled "The Impact of Social Isolation on Language in Aging." This research highlights critical insights into how opportunities for communicative exchanges impacts language in aging.
In addition, our lab will be showcasing other exciting work, including Dr. Vogel-Eyny's collaborative talk with Dr. Mara Steinberg-Lowe on "Elevating Acquired Anomia Therapy: Application of a Digital and Personalized Spaced Retrieval Program."
We’re so proud of Samsun and Aisha's achievements and look forward to a wonderful ASHA experience.
If you're attending the conference, be sure to stop by and check out our posters and presentations!
See you at ASHA! 🌟
